One of the Gowns for Sale, Maybe?
I would imagine that this is one of the dresses that the lady in Spartanburg is wanting to sell. It's black velveteen, same weight as my blue/gold one (same kind of fabric). I'll see if I have more clear pictures of her garb, but I have no idea which ones she is wanting to sell.

I HAVE SEEN THAT LADY WALKING AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!
She's obsessed with the belly dancers and the petting zoo along with two children walking around with her.
I doubt that, as far as I know, Tavette hasn't been at the festival since 2002...and if she has, she doesn't have any children so that can't be her...
It looks EXACTLY like her. She might have an evil twin or something. I'm serious.
